Store anything from toys to laundry. Select the size, colour and material according to your needs: a cute onion shaped basket to a majestic fully leather covered one. Main material, river grass (known also as elephant grass), is humidity resistant and durable.

The traditional baskets are woven with a coloured plastic thread which  gives its colour and pattern. These baskets are produced by  women from the Theis Region north of Dakar, Senegal. Fair trade business in handled directly with these ladies in Senegal. Leather work is done by skilled artisans in Dakar (father and son).

All baskets are handmade and may therefore vary slightly in size, color and pattern.
